What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking an NVQ Level 4 qualified Tester to join the Team in order to ensure that all new lift installations within our construction portfolio are fully tested and compliant / fit for use, providing technical support to other Field Test Engineers across the business and training new Field Test Engineers and Installation Engineers in adjusting/commissioning units.

The successful Tester will have:

• Extensive experience in Elevator and/or Escalator testing

• Demonstrable knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles

• Demonstrable experience of Elevator Codes and Standards applicable to the Elevator and Escalator Industry

• Demonstrable experience in continuous review and improvement of processes and procedures and quality control to meet operational requirements

• Experience in networking, building and managing customer relationships

• National Vocational Qualification in Elevator/Escalator NVQ4 or equivalent relevant experience

• You will also be IT Literate with MS experience
