Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes emotional and social development.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for the young people.
• Assist with daily routines, activities, and therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual's needs.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to meet safeguarding and regulatory standards.
• Respond to challenging behaviours with patience, resilience, and compassion.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a residential care setting or working with children/young people is preferred but not essential.
• A caring, empathetic approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory.
