Description

Lead the talent acquisition team, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans
Collaborate with various departments to understand their recruitment needs
Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to on boarding
Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talents
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations
Manage and optimise the use of recruitment systems and platforms
Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processProfile

A successful Head of TA should have:

Experience leading a talent acquisition team
