What's involved?

As a Head Chef you will lead from the front motivating the team around you and have high standards and knowledge of H&S. you will also be responsible for;

Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff and activities.
Food Preparation and Quality Control:
Oversee food preparation and presentation.
