Right Now Group are working with a Freight Forwarder based in Slough, seeking to bring aboard a Customs Administrator to manage export documentation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and previous data entry experience.

Salary: £23,000-£25,000

Location: Slough

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday
11:00-19:30 or 14:00-23:30

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Courier Master Airway Bills, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant for on-time shipment dispatch.
• Complete customs export entries
• Create and manage consoles to optimise shipment processes.
• Coordinate external partners to ensure seamless transportation
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve issues, and provide shipment status updates.
• Maintain compliance with customs regulations
• Work to company policies to uphold operational standards.
• Ensure a high level of accuracy with all entries

Desirable:

• A high level of accuracy
• An understanding of exports/customs would be desirable however not essential
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal
• Good computer skills
• Full 5 year reference-able history
