We are a dynamic and growing company in the media industry, seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Finance Director to join our Global team.

As our Part-Time Finance Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all financial activities, ensuring robust financial management and strategic oversight.

This is a part-time role offering flexibility and fully remote. Applicants must be based in the UK with full right to work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the senior leadership team, helping to shape company decisions and long-term goals.
• Manage and ensure the accuracy of financial records in compliance with UK GAAP and tax regulations.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, including detailed analysis and commentary.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), offering insights into performance, variances, and financial trends within the media sector.
• Work closely with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax advisors, and investors, to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• ACA Qualified with a strong understanding of financial reporting, tax, and auditing standards.
• Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a senior financial management role, ideally within the media industry.
• Strong knowledge of media finance, including revenue recognition, rights management, production budgeting, and media licensing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial tasks while providing clear strategic guidance.
• A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach with the ability to work in a part-time capacity.
