We are seeking a Housing Accountant for our public sector client based in London on an initial 6-month contract, paying up to £482 per day inside IR35.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in:

•Accounting within a school environment

•Housing Regeneration / HRA, financial operations

•Finance management, including forecasting and reporting

•Financial modelling and data analysis

•Budget planning and control

•Public sector financial frameworks

•Professional qualifications: CIMA / CCAB
