Axon Moore is exclusively partnering with a PE backed, manufacturing business in West Manchester. Due to continued growth they require an experienced Credit individual with a strong emphasis around Credit Risk and ad hoc analysis.

Salary - £35,000-£40,000

Location - Trafford Area

Hybrid - 4 days in 1 working from home.

Responsibilities will include:

Demonstrate an organised approach to risk management using credit agency and credit insurance sources to monitor and maintain customer credit accounts within agreed limits.
Work with the credit insurance provider to review credit worthiness of new and existing customers and to report on overdue accounts.
Ensuring the successful collection of cash and reduction of aged debt, in line with business targets.
Using your initiative to resolve issues as they arise by coordinating with colleagues in the UK and overseas.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business to ensure coordination between sales, planning and finance.
Producing detailed and timely reports and analysis relating to short term cashflow, uninsured and overdue debt
Support the Head of Finance in daily transactional analysis including bank reconciliations and customer account maintenance.
Assist in the preparation of month end reports to a strict timetable and focus on streamlining processes including bad debt provision and ledger maintenance

Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
