Job Requirements Essential Criteria:

* BSc in Physiotherapy.

* Health Care Professional Council (HCPC) registration.

* Evidence of portfolio demonstrating post-graduate continued professional development.

* Postgraduate training or development in management and leadership skills

. • Membership of special interest groups (POGP)

* Knowledge/understanding of private practice healthcare

* Extensive experience in post qualification with evidenced experience at a senior level within MSK and Pelvic Health speciality..

* Experience of supervising junior and senior members of qualified staff. • Experience in leading a service/team.

* Involvement in clinical audit/research/policy implementation.

* Experience of incident investigation and implementation of change of practice as a result.

* Evaluation of clinical practice including participation in research/audit/service evaluation and quality improvement projects.
