They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing contract with Onward Housing..

Contract Details:

Location: Manchester
Contract: Onward Housing
Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs
Commitment: Minimum of 3 set days per week
Contract Length: Ongoing
Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.

Rates:

* £25.50 per repair (all parts supplied)

* £22.95 per landlord gas safety check (no gas fires)

Requirements:

* 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer

* ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)

* Panel Van (plain or sign written)

* Gas Safe Registration

* Clean DBS Check

* No more than 6 points on Driving Licence

* Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser

* £2m Public Liability Insurance

* No unspent criminal convictions
