This is an opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor with strong residential experience to establish a new Northern office for this established Building Surveying practice. Leveraging an existing client base and developing this to grow a team, this role will progress through all levels, to Associate, then Director with an opportunity for equity.

Person Specification:

* MRICS qualified - Chartered Building Surveyor

* You will have proven experience in the residential sector

* You will be highly motivated with the desire to be involved in all areas of the business including team management and business development

* Located on the M62 Corridor

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work will typically cover a broad range of project and professional work, split 50/50.

* Building Surveys

* Contract Administration

* Project coordination of refurbishment schemes

* Party Wall Surveying

* Building Pathology Reports (Defect Reports)

* Reinstatement Cost Assessments

* Capital Expenditure Plans

* Specification writing

Salary & Package:

Package of £50,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience.

* £4k Car Allowance
