Our client is a world renowned luxury brand now recruiting in their Bond Street Flagship for a Menswear ready-to-wear specialist.

As a Senior Client Advisor you will be delivering exceptional customer service in the Menswear department, alongside building relationships with existing clients you would be developing your own clientele and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities of our Senior Client Advisor will include:

• Inspiring clients by expressing passion for the brand through storytelling
• Provide a luxury service experience for each client
• Be a true specialist across the Mens RTW department
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge with trends and fabrics.
• Build long lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Drive CRM and build your own client book

Our Senior Client Advisor profile / experience:admin

• Min 3 years experience in Menswear
• Strong passion and interest across this product category
• Demonstrate ability to build rapport with clients
• Good Communication and organisational skills
