ACR have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a successful, leading and reputable Developer based on the Hertfordshire/Essex border.

Some responsibilities include:

* Overseeing the full surveying function for small or phased developments (e.g., 50-100 units) from start to finish.

* Preparing construction cost estimates for various design proposals during the pre-contract stage.

* Assisting with monthly and periodic financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.

* Managing Costco/Matco reporting.

* Aiding in the settlement of contractual disputes and claims.

* Assisting with project preliminary reconciliation and forecasting.

To be considered for this role, you MUST have:

* Bsc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

* Experience working as a Trainee/Assistant Surveyor within the construction industry

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
