Domus Recruitment are working with a client in Surrey, that are looking for an Interim Nursing Home Manager on a 2-month contract. The successful candidate would need to be immediately available, with a quick start needed.DBS update service essential, along with ideally being an RGN, with an active PIN.Key Responsibilities of an Interim Nursing Home Manager:

• Managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals
•  Ensuring the provision of high-quality care
•  Overseeing the care staff
•  Lead by example to further develop the reputation of the home

Interim Nursing Home Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Home Manager
• Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
• NMC registered with an active PIN - ideally
• A track record of ‘Good’ CQC ratings or history of improving CQC ratings in previous roles
• DBS on the update service
