Job Title: Technical Director (Water)

Location: Belfast (Hybrid Basis)

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum (+5.5k car allowance)

Our client, a global engineering firm, is seeking a talented Civil Engineer to lead their growing water team based in Belfast.

This role involves leading a design team that is responsible for delivering various schemes and 'mega' projects that involve several different local authorities and water frameworks across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities:

Play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of schemes ranging from infrastructure projects to large-scale developments.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the civil engineering department.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in leading design teams on a variety of civil engineering projects.
Chartered status.
Proficient in relevant software and design tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel for project-related requirements.
