Leading very well established privately owned main - contractor operating within commercial, education and office sectors has a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to based from their office near Wickford. Operating as a main - contractor on projects upto £10m.

Cost value reporting

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Sub-contract procurement of sub-contractors

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Time management skills to meet project deadlines

BSc or equivalent.
