Main Purpose

* To install ductwork / electrical services on projects in a manner that allows the company objective of being the UK's leading niche market HVAC provider while retaining the spiritual trinity of business intent, customer connection and employee experience

Key Result Areas (Tasks / Main Duties)

* Supervising site works on a day to day basis

* Complete site installation work in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided.

* Notify the project team of any clashes / issues and come up with solutions.

* Able to review the design and drawings produced for feasibility of installation and ensure the correct site solutions are found.

* Complete required site documentation

* Ensure work is completed safely - be able to interpret RAMS and suggest amendments where necessary.

* Attend site briefings as required.

* Competent and confident communicator

* - Taking direction from the Project Manager / Site Manager / Project Engineer and also providing feedback to them to ensure the projects are delivered on time, efficiently and to a high quality always

* Liaising with client supervisor / other sub-contractors

* - Liaising with and supervising employed operatives

* - Liaising with and supervising sub contractors

* Manage stock / stores on site and advise shortages / material requirements to ensure the project is kept on track.

* Work with the Project Manager to attain Completion including snagging is done as soon as possible.

* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in your specialist area

Responsible For:

* Issued equipment / PPE

* Care of company vehicle (if issued) in accordance with relevant ATS Procedures and legal obligations

* Own development in the role

* Managing own time - liaising with various internal teams to service project needs

* Managing those in your team who directly report to you

* Following company procedures

* Continuous improvement in your team / department
