Description

• Support the financial planning and analysis activities.
• Liaise with various business units to gather data and understand business needs.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and presentations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Support the development and implementation of financial systems.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to management and other stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
