An opportunity within the underwriting strategy and portfolio solutions team at a large, global Lloyd's insurance business.

Working closely with the head of innovation, this role offers dual responsibility across both portfolio solutions and innovation. Working specifically within facility and delegated business, across multiple lines of business. The successful candidate will work across both portfolio and innovation solutions.

Specifically working with partnership MGA,s looking at the data / technology to enhance current insurance products or developing new products such as carbon credit, crypto, cyber, parametrics. There is a broad sweep of business classes from property, liability to motor, marine, energy and cyber, offering superb exposure across the London market, giving diversity of class rather than being aligned to one class only.

The successful candidate will work across both portfolio and innovation solutions. You could be early on in your career, with some level of underwriting authority already, ideally within the delegated space. You could have an interest in strategy and innovation as well as underwriting and this will give you the perfect opportunity to develop a skill set across both business areas.
