Red Rock Consultants is seeking a dedicated caretaker to join our team for a prestigious client in Ashford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the safety and security of school grounds
* Manage site maintenance and repairs
* Oversee school site security
* Perform AM & PM gate duties
* Maintain school grounds and dispose of litter
* Drive rented vehicles
Requirements:
* Full UK Driver's License with no penalty points
* Ability to perform moderate and occasional heavy lifting
* Flexible working hours and ability to handle emergency situations
* Prior experience working in a school setting is preferred
* Commitment to supporting the school's vision and aims
* Enhanced DBS Check
Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional painting experience
* Proficient in using hand tools
Hours & Compensation:
* Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
* Working hours: 10am to 7pm
* Salary: £29,260 per annum
