Electrical Supervisor - Building Services

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the management of a brand new high-profile commercial maintenance contract covering the whole of London and the South East divided into regions.

You will be managing the activities of a team of established maintenance engineers across a portfolio of commercial maintenance contracts across who have multiple locations across the London zone 1 and 2 region.

Responsibilities of the Electrical Supervisor

* Investigate the site set up and consolidate the stabilisation of the maintenance contract

* Ensure the asset capture and verification and warranty management are current

* Providing technical guidance and advise to the on-site engineers

* Review historical Defects and Snagging management

* Analysing of PPM regime and O&M manuals

* Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld

* Managing the interface between visiting contractors and the engineering services

* Providing in technical support to the landlords engineering team.

About You as the Electrical Supervisor

* Ideally a Qualified Engineer, or an FM with a strong understanding of Hard Services

* Good working experience of contract management, BMS and CAFM systems

* Steady work history

* Experienced in Managing or Supervising large scale building services applications

* Desire to progress in your career

This is going to be a very busy commercial portfolio. There is a full resident engineering team in place at each of the locations with support from many sub-contractors.

The hours are 08:00 - 17:00 there will be a lot of travel involved from site to site.
