Executive Summary:Are you ready to make a real difference in people's lives? Join our client, a local homeless pathways charity, as a Service Manager on a contract – perm basis, and be part of our mission to end homelessness by leading a dedicated supported accommodation team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and enhance the quality and best practices of our supported accommodation services- Manage a team of 5 project workers - Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic and business plans- Play a critical role in the development of service delivery, activities and ensuring good outcomes for residents

Preferred Requirements:- Proven experience in supported housing management- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and improve services- Excellent communication skills - A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of service provision- Knowledge of housing laws, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare and social services sector
