Head of Retention (Student Success) **New Higher Salary**£60K + upto £10k commissionCentral London (hybrid working, 1 day a week in the office)I am working exclusively with a progressive organisation in the digital learning industry who are scaling their product and services and require a Head of Retention (Student Success) with B2C experience to drive this forward.With a commitment to operational and technical excellence, a proven track record in scaling student numbers through retention strategy and technology with a data-driven CRM sales-based approach is what you, as the Head of Retention, need in order to succeed in this role.As the Head of Retention (Student Success) you will be responsible for the leadership of up to 20 person team and retention revenue. Running lean you must be a doer, have a sales approach and have great energy to impact the team in a positive way.It would be great for the Head of Retention to have
- Proven track record of leading a successful team of student / consumer focused sales / success professionals in a digital learning / education environment
- Strong leader who is able to maximise performance through traditional sales and data-driven techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart positive energy to a team
- Results-driven and early stage start-up mentality with a focus on improving systems, meeting business objectives and evolving to a modern technology organisation
