Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Manager to oversee arboriculture operations across North London. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for managing key contracts, ensuring financial performance, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex operations with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage arboricultural contracts, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and motivation of staff within your region.
Monitor and improve operational performance, including health and safety standards.
Drive new business opportunities, including tendering and pricing for contracts.
Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (BS EN 9001:2000, BS EN ISO 14001:1996).
Regularly report on financial performance, stock levels, and work-in-progress.Qualifications & Experience:

A nationallyrecognized professionalarboriculture qualification (or willingness to work towards one), such as:
Certificate in Arboriculture (RFS) ~ NVQ Level 2
Technician's Certificate (AA) ~ NVQ Level 3
Diploma in Arboriculture (RFS) ~ NVQ Level 4
A strong background in contracts management, with at least 5 years of experience in arboriculture.
Full, clean UK driving license.Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in managing contracts within a small to medium-sized enterprise.
Strong financial awareness and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to manage complex operations with geographically dispersed teams.
