Location: RedhillSalary: £12.50/hourHours: Monday to Friday (no weekends or Bank Holidays)Contract: 3 month temporary (potential for extension)

Your Role:

• Administer occupational pension schemes (new joiners, leavers, retirees).
• Provide exceptional customer service via calls, letters, and emails.
• Handle queries efficiently and escalate issues when needed.
• Track workflow to meet service standards.
• Perform manual calculations with precision.
• Collaborate on complex projects and suggest process improvements.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of pension schemes.
