Role Details:

* Mornings (AM): Work towards supporting pupils in achieving GLD (Good Level of Development).

* Afternoons (PM): Assist with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) provision.

* Temp-to-perm, providing a pathway for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with Early Years students to nurture their learning and development.

* Adapt activities and strategies to meet individual needs, fostering positive engagement and progress.

* Collaborate with teachers and parents to create tailored support plans.

* Promote a safe, encouraging, and inclusive atmosphere.

Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience in SEN, particularly with ASC or Early Years, is highly desirable.

* Compassion, patience, and a true passion for supporting young learners.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Commitment to Safeguarding:
The safety and wellbeing of all students is paramount. A thorough background check and adherence to safeguarding policies are essential.
