About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a thriving team in Chelmsford. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Sales Negotiator - Manage and develop a portfolio of sales properties
- Conduct property valuations and provide expert market advice to clients
- Generate and convert sales leads through various channels
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process
- Handle viewings and provide exceptional customer service
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Mentor and support junior team members
Skills and Experience for the Senior Sales Negotiator - Proven track record in residential sales with at least 2 years' experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the Chelmsford or surrounding areas property market
- Full UK driving license
- Familiarity with property software and CRM systems
