Our client is seeking a dedicated Chartered Building Surveyor to join an innovative team in London. You will work on diverse public and private sector projects, contributing to a growing team and managing challenging assignments.

Requirements

- Degree in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline

- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body

- CDM / Health & Safety exposure

- Excellent specification writing skills

- CA skills including JCT Contracts

- Proven track record in project management from inception to completion

- Experience working with multiple stakeholders

- High standard of technical delivery and client-facing skills

- Ability to build long-term relationships

- Previous consultancy experience

- Team player, flexible, and motivated
