Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a General Manager for a big format store in Stratford. We are looking for a General Store Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times. Must be able to work in a high volume and fast paced retail environment where you will inspire and lead those around you with a hands-on approach!

Our client is a well know destination store - as a result, the role of a General Manager will focus heavily on the instore experience, customer service and standards across all sections!

To be our clients new GM you will be a hands-on, commercial and results driven leader who has a passion for coaching and developing your teams, combined with a passion for delivering world class customer service!!

As a General Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

Driving customer service standards in your store.
Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
High levels of visual merchandising
Training, coaching and developing your team.
Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
Achieving store and company KPI's.
Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.Our Client's General Manager role is the ideal role if you are looking to join a customer focused brand.
