Position: Teaching Assistant
Days: Monday to Thursday (4 days per week)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting class teachers with day-to-day activities
Assisting individual students or small groups to enhance learning
Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Providing care and support to ensure the wellbeing of all pupils
Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging lessons

Enthusiastic and committed to the learning and development of children
Experience working with primary school children is desirable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
A flexible and proactive attitude
