Walker and Sloan are once again working with an award winning digital marketing agency in Bristol, as they are keen to bring on board a Paid Media Specialist to the team on a full time basis.

The RoleWe're looking for a Paid Media Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and ismotivated to make an impact. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with a range ofclients—from start-ups to established brands—delivering data-driven paid mediasolutions that align with evolving privacy standards.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Leverage our custom media mix modelling solution to provide clear, actionable insights into campaign strategy.
• Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their goals, adjust strategies,and communicate results.
• Work in a supportive, collaborative team environment that prioritises learning and growth.

Must haves

• 2-4 years working in a paid media role
• Great knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Great knowledge of GoogleAnalytics
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager or aptitude to learn
• Account management/client facing experience
• Agency experience

Nice to haves

• Experience with additional platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Multi-sector campaign experience.
• Knowledge of Google Data Studio and Funnel
