What will you do as Head of Supply Chain?

* Responsible for managing end to end supply chain operations

* Manage UK based warehouse as well European 3PL warehouse

* Oversee inbound shipments of stock from suppliers based in Far East

* Liaise with suppliers negotiating costs and lead times to increase productivity

* Drive operational processes to reduce cost initiatives across the supply chain

* Lead a sizeable team within operations, supply chain and warehousing

What do you need as Head of Supply Chain?

* Previous experience within a senior supply chain role within FMCG

* Must have experience moving stock from far east suppliers into the UK

* Proven track record of leading a team and driving efficiency / cost reductions

* Ideally from a Start up / SME background and happy to be hands on

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally used Linnworks WMS

* Happy to be onsite 5 days a week during probation period
