An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global Manufacturing company who have recently moved to brand new offices in Denton following a sustained period of expansion making it an excellent time to join the business. This company are a highly sought after employer to work for.

Description

The Finance Manager role will be a 12- 18 month contract initially and will be full time office based in Denton. Reporting to the Finance Director Key responsibilities will include:

• Complete month end procedure including Accruals, Prepayments and Capital Expenditure
• Complete the production of Management Accounts/Reports for Month and Year End
• Oversee the Annual Financial Audit
• Assisting with the production of Budgets and Forecasts including Costs and Cashflow
• Main point of contact for external Business Partners such as Audit team, Banking partners, HMRC
• Attending meetings as a representative and as an Ambassador of the Accounts Department
• Provide support & assistance to the Chief Officers and Head Of Finance, including the day to day running of the department & management of staff
• Motivate and support all Accounts team members & oversee the mentoring of other members of the Accounts department to help create & develop a flexible and highly skilled team.

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

• Be at least ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified or Qualified by experience
• Have experience or preparing a full set of Management Accounts
• Ideally have experience of managing a small team
• Be able to consider a 12- 18 Month Contract initially
• Be able to commute to Denton office site
