A well-established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for a motivated Building Surveyor to join their dynamic Kent office.

The Building Surveyor Role

As a Building Surveyor, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including freeholders, developers, property managers, and public sector organisations. You'll deliver high-quality surveying services across a variety of building and property types, ensuring projects are completed successfully and efficiently.

This role includes leading contract administration, conducting detailed building safety assessments, and utilizing building pathology expertise to identify and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver contract administration services and oversee key stages of project delivery
Conduct comprehensive building safety assessments and apply building pathology for diagnostics and solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities
Manage a varied portfolio of clients and property types, ensuring high standards of project outcomesThe Ideal Building Surveyor

MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
A degree in Building Surveying or a related RICS-accredited qualification
Experience in a construction-focused consultancy, with exposure to public sector projects a plus
Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills with a proactive approach to business developmentIn Return?

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
