About the role - Behaviour Teaching assistant - Tower Hamlets

You will be assisting students in the classroom on either a 1:1 or small group basis.
Support students with their academic studies helping them stay interested in what they are studying.
The ability to think quickly on your feet if a challenging behaviour situation happened
Support or lead intervention for students with SEN, SEMH or challenging behaviour needs
Work alongside the class teacher with the overall behaviour in the classroom
Creating learning material to support with students learning and needs. Qualities to make a successful Behaviour Mentor - Tower Hamlets
