Link3 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 2 qualified or Unqualified Nursery Assistant who is willing to undertake an apprenticeship to join our nursery in London, Battersea, SW8.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children.
Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure a clean and safe environment.
Administer first aid when necessary and maintain accurate records.
Work collaboratively with other nursery staff to deliver excellent childcare.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Stay updated with the latest best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements:

Level 2 Certificate in Childcare and Education (or equivalent), or willingness to undertake an apprenticeship.
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is preferred but not essential for unqualified applicants.
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and nurturing attitude towards children.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
