Maths Teacher (KS3 & KS4) - Full-Time Position ManchesterAspire People are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join a popular secondary school in central Manchester. This full-time position is available ASAP until the Easter break in 2025.Key Responsibilities:* Teaching: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons for Key Stage 3 and 4 students, focusing on challenging and stretching their learning.* Departmental Involvement: Fully integrate into the department and school community by attending meetings, participating in parents' evenings, and contributing to the school's overall objectives.* Assessment for Learning (AfL): Implement AfL strategies to guide teaching and support student progress across the school.Qualifications and Requirements:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).* A UK degree in Mathematics or a related subject.* Experience teaching Maths at the secondary level (KS3 and KS4) is preferred, but ECTs are encouraged to apply.* Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.* Commitment to professional development and collaboration with colleagues.* Availability to start ASAP and commit until Easter 2025.Additional Information:All candidates registering with Aspire People will undergo a reference check covering the past two years and must complete an enhanced DBS check, including enrolment in the update service.We also offer a referral bonus of up to £250 for successful candidate recommendations.If you're ready to make a significant impact in a supportive and dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
