Site Manager - Commercial Builds (Blyth) - £45,000-£55,000

I am working with a well-established main contractor to recruit a permanent Site Manager for projects in Blyth. This is a great opportunity to work on high-quality commercial builds, including office blocks and ground-up developments.

The Role:

You'll oversee site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The role requires experience in:

✔ Cladding & SFS systems
✔ Concrete works (including foundations)
✔ Block & beam construction
✔ Turnkey project delivery

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in commercial builds (office blocks, industrial, retail)
✅ Strong knowledge of ground-up construction methods
✅ SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
✅ Excellent leadership & site management skills

Salary & Package:

💷 £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
🚗 Company vehicle/allowance (subject to package)
