SF Recruitment's Professional Services division is excited to be working exclusively with a construction company in South Leicestershire. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our client’s team on a 10-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound phone calls and emails from customers, providing updates on sales status for ongoing projects
- Distribute marketing materials, mailshots, and progress updates to customers
- Liaise with solicitors to compile and manage legal documentation
- Keep the sales system up to date with information on new releases, reservations, exchanges, handovers, and legal completions
- Produce reports for senior sales staff on performance and departmental updates
