Due to rapid growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Wealth Management firm based in the City of London on a 6 month FTC. Our client is seeking a Client Onboarding Administrator to join their team to oversee the core functions of account opening and account amendments.
Duties of the A-level leaver/graduate Administrator to include:
- Assist in reviewing account-related documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Support the tracking of account amendments and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely completion.
- Help maintain and organize account-opening documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
- Support in sending screening results to the front office accurately and promptly.
- Input client information into core banking systems under supervision, ensuring accuracy and adherence to data management protocols.
Requirements of the successful A-level leaver/graduate Administrator:
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic IT skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Enthusiasm for learning about financial services and wealth management.
- No prior experience required, though an interest in financial services is a plus.
