Oversee the practice and development of foster families, supervising social workers, and direct staff in the Midlands region.
Manage staff supervision, case decisions, reporting, and contribute to strategy and policy reviews.
Build stakeholder relationships and manage team dynamics.Requirements:

Experienced Senior Social Worker and above
Experience working within a therapeutic fostering agency
Driver
