Parts Administrator

Salary: £26,783.00 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Location: Veolia, Stafford Park Workshop, Telford, TF3 3BJ

What you'll be doing;

The Parts Administrator will play a crucial role in keeping our workshop well-stocked with the right parts, ensuring our vehicles remain well-maintained. You will also be responsible for maintaining direct relationships with parts suppliers to foster a healthy working relationship.

• Maintain accurate stock levels to ensure the availability of necessary parts.
  
• Order parts directly from suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
  
• Ensure that parts are correctly allocated to the appropriate vehicles by entering the details into our fleet management system.
  
• Work closely with technicians to identify and source the correct parts.
  
• Follow up on back-ordered parts to ensure prompt delivery.
  
• Conduct semi-annual stock reviews to optimise inventory and minimise vehicle downtime.
  

What we're looking for;

• Experience in stock management and parts ordering
  
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  
• Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers and technicians
  
• Ability to conduct effective stock reviews and manage inventory
