A leading marine technology company is seeking a Hardware Manager to lead their Transceivers Division's Hardware Development Team. This role is crucial in developing high-technology embedded electronics products for maritime surveillance, management, safety, and navigation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the hardware development team

* Define and execute hardware development strategy

* Collaborate with software and test teams to deliver high-performance products

* Drive best-practice hardware development processes

* Work with product management to meet customer needs

Requirements:

* 10+ years of electronics design experience

* 4+ years in a technical leadership position

* Experience in digital and analog circuit design, schematic capture, and multilayer PCB design

* Strong team leadership and management skills

* Experience with RF electronics, high-volume low-power consumer electronics, and embedded software (desirable)
