My client a leading international shipping company has a vacancy for a fluent Mandarin (native level) graduate Accounts Assistant for their friendly and welcoming Accountancy team based in Central London.

No work experience required but you must be fluent Mandarin (native level) and have a finance related academic background.

Ocne training is given you will be responsible for:

• Reporting: Prepare daily cash reports, monthly bank reconciliations, and various financial reports (e.g., cash flow estimates, budget comparisons).
• Credit Management: Set up and maintain credit accounts, conduct bi-annual reviews, and manage credit notes and offsets)
• Foreign Currency: Handle foreign currency trading, monthly valuations, and interest revenue/expense reports.
• Customer Interaction: Address general queries, process refund requests, and manage payment allocations

You will need:

• Fluent Mandarin speaking, reading and writing
• Capable of prioritising work
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• To be honest, responsible and punctual, to be able to work on your own initiative as well as to be a great team worker
