Salary: £75 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP/September 24
Contract Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker (Child) to join our dynamic school in Gateshead. This exciting role involves providing essential support and care to children, ensuring their well-being and academic success.

Responsibilities of Residential Support Worker (Child):

Provide high-quality support and care to children in a residential setting.
Develop and implement individual care plans.
Foster a safe and nurturing environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
Monitor and report on the progress and well-being of students.
Requirements of Residential Support Worker (Child):

Previous experience as a Residential Support Worker (Child) or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
