They have extensive experience in all aspects of complex and large scale property development and construction. They have a unique edge when it comes to delivering projects well.

They are looking for a Project Manager to work on schemes between £25m - £200m which are predominantly large scale RC Frame multiple phase residential schemes up to 800 units.

The ideal candidate will have:

• No.1 project manager experience.
• Previous large scale residential or commercial project experience.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Degree or diploma qualified in a related discipline - ideal.

My client would also look at a Senior Site Manager looking to make the step up.
