Description

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Coordination and contribution to the annual budgeting and forecast cycle of the London office.
• Management and development of the FP&A team.
• Reporting to the Commercial departments allowing management to make informed decisions for the remainder of the year.
• Project involvement, as required, to support the departments of the Commercial division.
• Record and monitor progress of FP&A team tasks from inception to completion.
• Ongoing supervision of departmental cost budgets, with the support of the FP&A team.
• Monitoring the provisions carried in the monthly financial close and ensuring they are accurate and cleared on a timely basis.
• Regular update of the Group long-term financial plan used to provide projections for the Executive Management and shareholders.
• Primary liaison with Procurement team and contribution to tender processes where required.
• Enhancement and analysis of financial controls and reporting efficiency in the London office.

Profile

A successful Senior FP&A Manager should have:

• A relevant financial qualification with a minimum of 3 yrs post qualification experience (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• A proven track record of leading commercial teams.
• A background in data consolidation and analysis.
• Be a proficient user of Microsoft office, particularly MS Excel.
• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills and exposure to senior non-finance stakeholders.
• Be a meticulous worker with a keen eye for detail.
