Branch Manager / Sales Manager / Branch Supervisor required to join a leading supplier of mechanical engineering products and services.

The successful Branch Manager / Sales Manager / Branch Supervisor will be site based in Leicester overseeing daily operations, including sales, inventory management and customer service of MRO products and services such as bearings, chains, sprockets, belts, pulleys, couplings, pneumatics, hydraulics and or other MRO / Fluid Power products.

The successful  Branch Manager / Sales Manager / Branch Supervisor  will ideally have experience in management, and / or sales of MRO products specifically bearings, industrial belts, chains or similar MRO products.

Package:

£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Will oversee daily operations, including sales, inventory management and customer service of MRO products and services such as bearings, chains, sprockets, belts, pulleys, couplings, pneumatics, hydraulics and / or other MRO / Fluid Power products.
Provide knowledge and support to customers regarding MRO products, specifically bearings, industrial belts, chains or similar MRO products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee and manage the branch's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of products.
Complete administrative tasks, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance with company policies and procedures
Liaise with various engineering departments
Site based in LeicesterBranch Manager / Sales Manager / Branch Supervisor requirements:

Experience as a branch manager / assistant branch manager / office manager / sales engineer / area sales engineer / area sales manager / applications engineer / branch coordinator or similar within MRO.
Will ideally have experience in management, and / or sales of MRO products  specifically bearings, industrial belts, chains or similar MRO products.
A technical engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous.
Experience working in a fast paced engineering environment
Commutable to Leicester daily
Area Sales Managers, Sales Engineers or Service Engineers with bearings experience looking to progress into a managerial role are encouraged to apply
