Electrician - Glasgow - Facilities Management

FM Search & Select Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician to join a growing Facilities Management company based in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to advance their skills and take on additional responsibilities, including working towards NICEIC accreditation and acting as a Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities:

*

Provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for electrical systems in both commercial and residential properties

*

Work alongside Multi-Skilled Engineers to support planned and reactive maintenance projects

*

Support the growth of the business by assisting with NICEIC accreditation and acting as a QS when required

*

Manage and complete a variety of electrical tasks, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction

*

Demonstrate exceptional customer care and professionalism at all times

*

Travel to client sites primarily across the Central Belt of Scotland, with occasional travel to Manchester and surrounding areas

*

Maintain a portfolio of works completed for future reference

Qualifications & Skills:

*

18th Edition IEE qualification

*

Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (SVQ/NVQ Level 3, C&G Level 3)

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar electrical role

*

Proven track record of delivering high-quality electrical work and customer service

*

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

*

Must be reliable, presentable, and willing to travel

*

Ability to meet the needs of others and contribute to a team environment

NICEIC QS qualification
