Your Role:

Lead learning by supporting classroom teachers and delivering pre-planned lessons.
Provide individualized support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals.
Assist in the planning and preparation of engaging and educational resources.
Support positive behaviour and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents to enhance student development.
Requirements:

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and students.
Passion for education and a commitment to the academic and personal development of students.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of the school environment.
